Avalanche Magazine
The Avalanche magazine was edited by Richard Krech and was published by the Undermine Press in Berkeley, California from 1966 to 1969. The first four issues of the magazine were published in photo offset format 5.5 by 8.5. The fifth issue was a special supplement photo offset format 8.5 by 14 double folded into eight sections. The sixth issue was a special autographed copy of John Oliver Simon’s chapbook Dancing Bear, photo offset format 6 by 9.
